Insurance and Payment
We believe in transparency when it comes to the cost of care.
Initial Psychiatric Evaluation: $250
Follow-Up Medication Management Appointment: $125

Payment is due at the time of service.

Yes, we currently accepting new patients, we offer flexibility and many times can offer
same week appointments.

What ages do you see?

We provide psychiatric care for adolescents ages 16 and older, as well as adults across
the lifespan. Treatment is thoughtfully tailored to meet the unique needs of each stage
of life.

Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

Accepted Answer

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24
hours’ notice. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments (no-shows), will incur a fee equal to 50% of the
scheduled appointment cost.

Mind-Full Psychiatric Wellness offers both in-person and secure telehealth
appointments for individuals located in the state of Florida. Our virtual visits are
conducted through a HIPAA-compliant platform to ensure your privacy, confidentiality,
and peace of mind.
