Meet Ashley Henry
MSN, PMHNP-BC
Ashley Henry is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of experience in mental health care. Throughout her career, she has worked in a variety of settings, including inpatient psychiatry, rehabilitation programs for individuals with co-occurring substance use and mental health conditions, and specialized care for those navigating eating disorders, depression, anxiety, and neurodivergent disorders. She also has extensive experience working with geriatric patients, including individuals
living with dementia and complex psychiatric needs.
Ashley believes that every person’s story matters. Her approach is compassionate, thoughtful, and rooted in whole-person care—looking beyond symptoms to understand the heart of who you are. She values creating a space where patients feel safe, respected, and truly heard. By blending clinical expertise with genuine human connection, Ashley partners with her patients to support meaningful healing and sustainable wellness at every stage of life.
